OUR SERVICES

OUR SERVICES are about CapnoLearning which include: (1) evaluating breathing behavior, (2) examining the effects of breathing on physical symptoms, performance deficits, cognition, and emotion, (3) reinstating breathing reflexes based on their strategic role in the regulation of acid-base balance, and (4) learning breathing behavior that may enhance performance, prevent health problems, optimize mental capacity, and support embracing rather than defending lifestyles.

We accomplish these objectives through implementing basic principles of behavioral analysis, behavior modification, cognitive learning, carbon dioxide biofeedback, and awareness training in the context of self-discovery and self-regulation learning.  Services are about facilitating learning in the field, not about receiving expert services in the office.

CapnoLearning is about breathing behavior and carbon dioxide allocation.  Breathing behavior directly regulates body chemistry through proper allocation of carbon dioxide, including pH, electrolyte balance, blood flow, hemoglobin chemistry, and kidney function.

CapnoLearning is about the application of behavioral learning principles to breathing physiology.  Breathing is a behavior subject to the same principles of learning as any other behavior, including the role of motivation, emotion, attention, perception, and memory.

CapnoLearning is about learning optimal breathing behavior through self-exploration, based on the biological and behavioral sciences, for improving health and performance.  Learned patterns of breathing behavior may have immediate, profound, and dramatic effects on health and performance.

CapnoLearning is about using breakthrough technology, the CapnoTrainer®, for observing, evaluating, teaching, and learning breathing behavior.

Our CapnoLearning services are organized into CapnoLearning packages that include:

(1) Evaluation sessions for learning about how you breathe, and its effects on you,

(2) Learning sessions with the CapnoTrainer® for improving breathing behavior, and

(3) CapnoTrainer® instrumentation for personal use and learning in the field (home).
